Batfink is an animated television series, consisting of five or nine-minute shorts, that first aired in September 1967. The 200-episode series was quickly created by Hal Seeger, starting in 1966, to parody the popular Batman and The Green Hornet television series which had premiered the same year. The cartoon was produced at Hal Seeger Studios, in New York City, and at Bill Ackerman Productions in Midland Park, New Jersey. In the 1970s, The second season of Batfink series consisting of nine-minute shorts, that first aired in April 1972. The 100 episodes for the second series was also quickly created by Hal Seeger, starting in the early 1970s.
