Interstate 37 is a major transcontinental highway in the US. Its South terminus is at U.S. Route 181 in Corpus Christi, Texas and its North end is at Interstate 76 in North Platte, Nebraska. On its route I-37 traverses through the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska for a total of 4 states. I-37 is known as the Transamerica Highway or “America’s Expressway” because of the roads immense history following many iconic old highways and trails. Interstate 37 Serves The Cities of Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Wichita Falls, Ness City and North Platte.
