Interstate 77 is a major North-South transcontinental highway in the US. Its South terminus is at Interstate 26 in Columbia, South Carolina and its North end is at Interstate 75 in Grayling, Michigan. On its route I-77 traverses through the states of South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio and Michigan for a total of 6 states. I-77 is known as the Transamerica Highway or “America’s Expressway” because of the roads immense history following many iconic old highways and trails. Interstate 77 Serves The Cities of Columbia, Charlotte, Statesville, Wytheville, Beckley, Charleston, Canton, Lansing and Grayling.
