Interstate 96 is a major East-West transcontinental highway in the US. It’s West terminus is at 4th Avenue South and Edgar Martinez Drive in Seattle, Washington and it’s East end is at USA and Canada Border in Port Huron, Michigan. On it's route I-96 traverses through the states of Washington, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan for a total of 7 states. I-96 is known as the Transamerica Highway or America’s Expressway because of the roads immense history following many iconic old highways and trails. Interstate 96 Serves The Cities of Seattle, Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, Missoula, Butte, Billings, Bismarck, Fargo, Minneapolis, St Paul, Madison, Milwaukee, Muskegon, Detroit and Toronto.
